Your organization and team
Set up your organization profile and logo
Last updated
Your organization's profile is what a learner sees before they decide whether to trust you with their email address. It takes a few minutes and is worth doing before you share a course.
Everything here lives in your organization settings, under General Info.
Where your profile appears
Your public organization page, which lists every course open for enrollment
Each course's enrollment page, alongside the course's own title and description
The footer of your course emails, for any course with the organization footer switched on
Name, description and logo
Name - up to 60 characters. This is the heading on your public page, and the sender name if you send from your own domain.
Description - up to 1000 characters. Say who your courses are for, not what your company does. Someone reading it is deciding whether the course is aimed at them.
Logo - a PNG or JPG. It appears at the top of your public page, on learners' certificates, and optionally in the footer of your emails.
Write the description for a stranger
The people reading it have usually arrived from a link someone shared, know nothing about you, and are deciding in a few seconds. "Short email courses for people who manage teams for the first time" does more work than a paragraph about your mission.
Brand colour
A single accent colour, set as a hex value like #4A5EC0. It is used where your organization is presented, so setting it to your own brand makes the public pages look like yours rather than ours.
Social links
You can add one link for each platform: Website, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, WhatsApp Channel, Telegram Channel and Substack.
These appear on your public page, and in the footer of course emails for any course with Show organization footer turned on. One per platform.
A website link is the one worth adding even if you skip the rest. It is the fastest way for someone to check you are real.
Making your organization private
There is a switch that takes your organization off the public web entirely. It is useful for internal training, where every learner is enrolled by you or by an integration and nobody should be able to find the courses on their own.
This switches off every course's enrollment page too
A private organization has no public page, and neither do its courses, however each course is configured. Anyone following an enrollment link you have already shared will get a page-not-found.
Existing learners are unaffected: lessons keep arriving. It only closes the door to new sign-ups.
