Your organization and team
Your public organization page
Last updated
Every public organization has a page of its own. It is the front door to everything you run, one link that shows all your open courses, rather than a separate link per course.
Open it from your organizations list using the globe icon, or from the Public view action on the organization itself.
What is on the page
Your logo, name and description, and your brand colour as the accent
Every course that is open for enrollment, each with its own sign-up form
Your social links
A subscription form for each newsletter you have, if newsletters are on your plan
No account is needed to view it or to enroll from it. A visitor gives an email address and nothing else.
Which courses appear
A course shows up here only when two separate things are both true.
Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
Enabled | The course accepts new enrollments at all. Disabling it stops new sign-ups while existing learners keep receiving their lessons. |
Public | The course is listed here and has an enrollment page of its own. Turning this off removes both. |
The distinction is useful. A course that is enabled but not public can still be filled - by you, by an import, or through an integration - it simply cannot be found or joined by anyone who was not invited.
A course missing from this page
Check both switches on the course before looking anywhere else. A course that is enabled but not public is the usual answer, and it looks identical to a working course everywhere in the platform except here.
When the sign-up forms stop working
Your plan sets how many learners your organization can have enrolled at once. When you reach it, the enrollment forms on this page switch themselves off rather than accepting people you have no room for.
The page still works and your courses still run, new sign-ups are simply closed until you have room again or move to a larger plan.
Sharing it
The address is stable, so it is safe to put in an email signature, a bio, or a link in a social post. Courses you add later appear on it automatically, which is the main reason to share this rather than individual course links.
Share a specific course's page instead when you are pointing someone at one thing, a campaign, or a course you are running for a particular group.
